Blackie and Joe, disguised as skilled gunmen, take on employment at Markham's ranch as marshals. Their objective is to bring down Tulliver and his gang of rustlers. However, unbeknownst to them, Tulliver has strategically placed Thorn within the ranch to carry out his own plan. Thorn ends up killing the foreman Riggs and falsely implicates Blackie for the crime.
